All transactions are processed securely. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in our specific refund policy, generally not provided for partially used periods.

You retain all ownership rights to the content you post (like photos and text). However, you grant Herpes.app a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. The Herpes.app name, logo, and platform technology are our exclusive property.

8. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is paramount. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including sensitive health data. We limit data sharing with third parties and employ robust security measures to protect your confidentiality.

9. Dispute Resolution

Herpes.app provides a platform for users to connect, but we are not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the service. You use the service at your own risk. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
